Thank you for shopping with Lion Apiaries. We are committed to ensuring your honey reaches you safely and promptly. Please read below for information on how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch your orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be longer, and we will notify you if there are any delays.

Delivery Times

We deliver New Zealand–wide using trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Auckland: 1–2 business days after dispatch

  • North Island: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • South Island: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Please allow additional time for rural or remote addresses.

Delivery Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Delays and Missing Parcels

While we do our best to ensure your honey arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order and liaising with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
